these are the policies of the shop. they are not legal advice. by visiting stillonce or placing an order, you accept them.
who we are
stillonce is operated by STILLONCE_LEGAL_NAME, STILLONCE_LEGAL_ADDRESS. if you need us, write notes@stillonce.com.
the week
a week is for sale monday 12:01 am through sunday 11:59 pm eastern time. when that window closes, that word, that garment, and that graphic are not made again.
inventory
we make a true number. if a size is gone, it is gone. if every size sells out before sunday, the week is gone. we do not restock.
joining the list, or asking to be told when a week is live, does not reserve a piece. a piece is yours only after payment succeeds.
if we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund what you paid for that piece.
checkout
you may check out as a guest. email and a united states shipping address are required. prices are in us dollars. if sales tax is due, it will appear at checkout.
payment is handled by stripe. we do not see your full card number. an order is placed when stripe confirms payment. until then, a piece may still leave.
we may correct an obvious pricing error before we accept an order. if we cannot accept it, we will write you and refund any charge.
specials
sometimes we add a one-off to the same checkout — a hoodie, a tank, a small object. specials are optional. they follow the same sale, return, and shipping rules as the week, unless a special's own page says otherwise.
personal use
stillonce is meant to be worn, not flipped. we discourage reselling. buying from us is for personal use.
we are not responsible for authenticity, condition, or disputes after a piece leaves the first buyer. we may refuse future orders if we believe someone is buying to resell.
what we ask you not to do
- use the site to harm, scrape, or overload it
- place orders with a false name or address
- send garments to a freight forwarder if the aim is resale
- copy our words, drawings, or mark for your own shop
what stays ours
the stillonce name and mark, each week's word, and each week's graphic belong to us. buying a garment lets you wear that piece. it does not give you the right to copy the lettering, the drawing, or the brand.
accounts
an account is optional. if you sign in, you are responsible for that account. keep your details true. we may close an account that we believe is being used to flip pieces or to harm the shop.
you should be old enough to buy from us. stillonce is not for children. see our privacy page.
returns and shipping
weekly garments and specials are final sale, except as described on our returns page. we ship inside the united states only, on the monday after the week ends. see shipping.
if something goes wrong
to the extent the law allows, stillonce is not liable for more than what you paid us for that order, and not for indirect or incidental losses. some states do not allow these limits. if yours does not, this section applies only as far as it can.
governing law
these policies are governed by the laws of STILLONCE_LEGAL_STATE, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. if we ever need a court, it will be in that state, unless the law requires otherwise.
