we keep only what we need to write you, take an order, and send a garment. this page says what that is. these are shop policies, not legal advice.
what we collect
- email, if you join the list or place an order
- optional preferred size, if you offer it
- an account, if you choose to sign in
- order and shipping details: name, address, what you bought, what you paid
- messages you send to notes@stillonce.com
payment cards are handled by stripe. we do not store your full card number.
why
we use this to tell you a week is coming, to tell you it is live, to take payment, to ship, to write a receipt, and to answer you when you write us.
if you join the list, we may write when an upcoming week is open to notify, and when a week is live. if you asked to be told about a particular week, we will write you when that week opens.
asking to be told does not reserve a piece. it only means we will write you.
who helps us
- clerk, if you sign in
- convex, where shop records live
- stripe, for payment
- postmark, for email
- cloudflare and vercel, which host the site
they see only what they need to do that work.
we do not sell this
we do not sell your email or your order details. we do not sell the list.
how long
we keep order records as long as we need them for shipping, returns, taxes, and bookkeeping. list mail stays until you ask to leave.
leaving the list
write notes@stillonce.com and we will take you off. you may still receive a note about an order you already placed.
children
stillonce is not directed at children. we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. if you believe we have, write us and we will delete it.
changes
if this page changes, we will update the date above. the current version lives here.
