we ship inside the united states only. we do not ship internationally yet. these are shop policies, not legal advice.

when it leaves

paid orders from a week ship together on the monday after that week ends. a week closes sunday at 11:59 pm eastern time. the following monday, we send what was paid.

specials ordered with that week leave on the same monday, unless a special's own page says otherwise.

your address

please give a complete, accurate united states address. we can send to usps addresses, including po boxes.

if an address is wrong, the package may not reach you. we are not responsible for loss that comes from an address you gave us in error.

after it leaves

once the carrier has the package, risk of loss passes to you. we are not responsible for carrier delay after handover, or for a package left in an unsafe place.

if we have tracking, we will send it.

what we will not send

we may refuse to ship to a freight forwarder, or to an address we believe is being used to resell. stillonce is meant for the person who buys it.
